Problem:

This client approached gradeAtechs.com with the data requirement issue and a moderate budget that was a challenge to satisfy.  The organization moved into video production which catapulted their data growth by a factor of 100.  The requirement was that the data be centrally captured and replicated offsite in real-time with a 5 year retention before archiving.  

Solution:

Two scalable SANs (Storage Area Network) where purchased.  One was installed at the client’s site and the other was installed behind the clients Backup Domain Controller located in the gradeAtechs.com Data Center.  The devises were set to replicate in real time and added to the list of critical systems to be monitored and maintained by the gradeA tech team.  A data management plan was put in place to ensure the solution would maintain its expected growth.
